Rustic Roomers - STORE POLICY

We put a lot of effort into each item we build and make sure it is a work of art & craftsmanship. If you are not happy with your purchase  please contact me within 5 days. I will gladly accept the item back for a refund.

There will be a 15% handling fee deducted from the sales price to cover materials, Etsy fees, PayPal fees, etc.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item, pay all shipping fees and to ensure the item is returned in its original condition without damage or modifications made.

Custom color or custom sized items are not returnable.

 

We will ship to the address that you have listed with Etsy. If using PayPal, we will ship to the verified address with PayPal.

Shipping is done through UPS, Fedex Ground, and UPS . All items are insured and include delivery confirmation. We will send you your tracking number as soon as its available.

In stock items ship within 5 business days, items that require construction and assembly ship within 1-2 weeks. Each and every item is handmade one at a time.

We take great care to package and ship your items. All damage claims will be the buyers responsibility via the carrier. Items are shipped insured via the carrier.

Local pick up is available at no additional cost.
